Warehouse Operator

In this hands‑on role, you'll play a key part in helping products move safely, smoothly, and accurately, while supporting your team and keeping daily operations running seamlessly. Our Crestmead dairy site near Logan, south of Brisbane, manufactures and distributes a range of milk and milk-based products, made with fresh milk sourced direct from 35 dairy farms in the south-east Queensland region. Producing around 100 million litres of product per year! The successful candidates will be available to work weekly rotating 10.5‑hour shifts, Monday to Saturday, across day, afternoon, and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support safe and accurate picking, loading, and dispatch, working together to deliver quality outcomes
• Operate equipment and assist with troubleshooting, helping keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain stock accuracy through careful receipting, storage, and inventory checks.
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and organised environment where everyone can do their best work
• Proactively identify and report safety hazards, supporting a culture of care and accountability
• About you
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments (desirable)
• Current forklift licence (essential)
• A positive, team focused attitude with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable using basic systems, with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Exposure to cold storage environments (desirable)
