Roku is seeking a Senior Customer Acquisition Manager to drive new customer growth for our consumer streaming products through performance marketing and paid media channels. This individual will serve as a hands-on practitioner responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across channels including paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and connected TV. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in at least one core paid media channel paired with the versatility to operate across multiple acquisition channels simultaneously. This role requires an entrepreneurial, test-and-learn approach to building efficient customer acquisition strategies with a strong focus on measurable performance outcomes. The Senior Customer Acquisition Manager will collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product, and analytics teams to inform campaign strategy, develop compelling creative assets, and continuously improve conversion performance. As the team scales, this role will also contribute to building a dedicated paid media execution function to support Roku's broader consumer acquisition goals. For New York Only - The estimated annual base salary for this position is between $200,000 - $230,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
