Job Purpose Summary: Provide ongoing support to sales personnel and customers by conducting administrative tasks in relation to sales and purchase orders, including after sales support. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Generate and process sales quotations. Generate and process sales and purchase orders. Provide general administrative support to sales personnel. Liaise internally in order to optimize quality of service, business growth and customer satisfaction. Liaise internally in order to resolve issues with both customers and suppliers including, when required, any financial issues. Provide customer support, representing the Company in a professional manner at all times. Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery schedules. Expedite purchase orders and record shipping details and delivery schedules. Ensure all sales administration is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
