- Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a professional software engineer
- 3+ years of experience as a deeply-technical engineering manager
- Experience leading complex technical projects
- Proven track record of architecting, building, and delivering software
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills
- Experience working on growth, adoption, activation, or engagement-focused product teams
- Comfort operating in metrics-driven environments with clear ownership over behavioral and usage outcomes
- Strong product instincts and ability to translate ambiguous engagement and value measurement challenges into concrete engineering strategy

As the founding manager of this new team, you will be instrumental in guiding the team's technical investments, achieving product success, growing the team, and mentoring engineers. You will join the engineering leadership team to help shape the culture, processes, and technical investments across engineering. Team Mission The Adoption and Value Realization Team is responsible for driving meaningful engagement across our existing customer base. Our mission is to ensure that each AcuityMD user experiences the value and improved commercial outcomes of AcuityMD weekly or more - broadening consistent usage across our paid subscriber base and deepening usage of our most impactful workflows. This team owns the systems and experiences that connect product value to user behavior - including notifications across email, push notifications, and sms, as well as marketing enablement tooling, value storytelling, and our engagement dashboard. We build the feedback loops, activation surfaces, and insight tools that turn product capability into realized customer outcomes.
