We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Collections Administration Representative to support our Collections team. This role is essential in ensuring operational efficiency, accurate reporting, and timely processing of legal and administrative tasks. The successful candidate will collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to help maximize recoveries and minimize losses. A Day in the Life: Analyze team statistics and produce accurate, timely reporting to support performance monitoring and decision‑making. Handle ad‑hoc reporting and development requests, ensuring data accuracy and timely delivery. Manage the collections email inbox: track incoming requests, categorize them, and assign tasks to the appropriate team members. Prepare legal packages for bailiff assignments, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted promptly to reduce risk of loss. Handle inbound and outbound mail, ensuring proper logging, distribution, and follow‑up. Finalize vendor invoices by verifying accuracy of information submitted by vendors and approved by supervisors. Ensure all account activities are documented clearly, accurately, and in a timely manner Provide timely updates on task status, issues, and escalations Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve account-related matters Perform additional administrative, in-bound and outbound telephone requests as required to further support the department while adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Who We're Looking for: Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written University degree is preferred. Experience working in Collections OR Accounts Receivables is preferred Proficiency in Word/Excel/Outlook, and good comfort level adapting to new computer systems is required. Able to multi-task, good analytical skills and have an eye for detail and accuracy. Must be Eligible to work in Canada, as NCI does not provide any sponsorships.
