What your role as a Sales Specialist will involve: Driving the growth of Lenovo products and services, taking them to market across both existing and previously engaged customers Building and developing your own pipeline, identifying opportunities to grow and expand your account base Becoming a go-to contact for Lenovo, developing strong knowledge of the products and services within your portfolio Building relationships and having meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and present the right solutions Supporting customers with product information, pricing, availability, and offers Preparing and managing quotes, following up on opportunities, and progressing deals through to completion Actively managing and developing your pipeline, focusing on both volume and strategic opportunities Taking part in sales focus days at Ingram Micro and with customers where required To set you up for success, we are looking for the following skills and experience Previous experience in a customer-facing, sales, retail, order management role or similar role Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face A positive, proactive attitude with the confidence to build relationships An interest in sales, with a desire to develop and grow your own account base Good organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and open to learning CRM systems used to manage and track customer activity A willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment
