Job Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams to execute production transfer projects from planning through full manufacturing ramp and stabilization Develop and maintain integrated transfer plans , including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements Ensure manufacturing readiness at the receiving site (equipment, process documentation, training, materials, and capacity) Coordinate closely with the sending site to ensure effective knowledge transfer, process alignment, and issue resolution Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate transfer risks (yield, quality, supply continuity, cost, and schedule) Drive execution of build phases (e.g., engineering builds, pilot builds, qualification lots) to validate process capability and readiness Monitor and manage yield performance, defect trends, and process stability during ramp Ensure alignment to quality and qualification requirements , including validation plans and criteria for transfer acceptance Coordinate supply chain readiness , including supplier alignment, material availability, and logistics planning Track and manage project budgets, cost impacts, and resource allocation Provide clear and consistent program communication to stakeholders, site leadership, and senior management Ensure adherence to Lumentum manufacturing readiness and transfer processes/checklists
