Minimum of 3 years of experience in production coordination multidisciplinary teams within the video game.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience managing individual contributors.
Strong understanding of production planning, schedules, and project management.
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with multidisciplinary teams, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel and identify and escalate risks.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in both French and English.

Experience with gameplay character development.
Dans ce rôle vous devrez :
Participer aux discussions de planification, en identifiant les dépendances, les risques et en proposant des plans de rechange lorsque nécessaire;
Assurer le suivi des tâches dans JIRA et Confluence, en collaboration avec les responsables et les parties prenantes, afin de maintenir un plan de production clair et à jour;
Accompagner l'équipe dans les activités quotidiennes, lever les obstacles et assurer les suivis nécessaires pour maintenir l'élan et l'efficacité de la production;
Assurer une communication claire et fluide entre les différentes équipes, garantissant une compréhension commune de la conception du jeu, des processus de développement et des livrables attendus;
Maintenir l'équipe alignée sur les bonnes priorités tout au long de la production, en favorisant la motivation et l'atteinte des jalons de livraison dans les délais prévus;
Guider et gérer des contributeurs-trices individuels-lles afin qu'ils-elles puissent atteindre leurs objectifs;

As a Project Manager on Dead by Daylight , you will contribute to the effective management of the various planning and execution phases of a project, as well as team management, while ensuring rigorous task tracking, coordination, and communication across multidisciplinary teams.
In this role you will:
Participate in planning discussions by identifying dependencies and risks, and proposing contingency plans when needed.
Track tasks in JIRA and Confluence, in collaboration with leads and stakeholders, to maintain a clear and up-to-date production plan.
Support the team in day-to-day activities, remove blockers, and follow up as needed to maintain production momentum and efficiency.
Ensure clear and effective communication across teams, fostering a shared understanding of game design, development processes, and expected deliverables.
Keep the team aligned on the right priorities throughout production, promoting motivation and timely delivery of milestones.
Lead and support individual contributors in achieving their goals.
Keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and issues, and produce appropriate documentation, plans, and status reports.
