UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a UX Designer (Mobile & Web) with strong mobile design expertise to work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams on modern, user‑centric digital solutions. This role has end‑to‑end ownership of user experience and interface design across iOS, Android, and Web platforms, with a strong emphasis on production-ready design rather than concept-only work. The designer will actively support development teams during implementation, resolve UX questions in real time, and participate in internal and customer-facing demos. The position is office-based in Kraków Key responsibilities include: Designing UI/UX solutions for iOS, Android, and Web applications Owning the full design lifecycle: discovery, user flows, wireframes, interaction design, and high-fidelity UI Collaborating daily with developers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, and QA in an Agile environment Supporting development teams during implementation by answering UX questions and making design decisions Preparing and presenting design concepts for internal reviews and customer demonstrations Ensuring consistency with design systems, accessibility standards, and platform guidelines (Apple and Google) Improving existing user flows based on feedback, analytics, and usability insights Contributing to shared UI components and design patterns Supporting Product Owners during external customer presentations and demos
