Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less). A qualified candidate must possess the following: Directly related work experience that included the goals, principles, method of techniques of outdoor recreation and understanding the interest of individuals and groups. Planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising or evaluating community, industrial, outdoor, institutional, or other recreational programs. Work experience supervising support staff in outdoor recreation programs. Demonstrated work experience must be equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. In addition to the above qualifications, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be considered "Highly Preferred" or "Best Qualified": Demonstrated experience with Non-Appropriated and Appropriated Fund budgeting and execution. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience of a diversified team. Demonstrated experience planning and executing various outdoor recreation activities and ensuring that safety orientation is provided. Demonstrated experience in administration of business, financial, and recreational operations of Community Recreation facilities. Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Government positions must include pay plan, series, grade, to and from dates, and government agency/department. Applicants who meet both the minimum qualifications and highly qualifying criteria will be referred to the selecting official for consideration first. Management may subsequently request to review a referral list of all minimally qualified applicants.
