Delivers comprehensive behavioral health programs, resources, and educational sessions for specific location or component employees and eligible family members.
Collaborates with external behavioral health partners, including contracted mental health coaches, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) programming and providers, and other mental health consultants
Involvement in Critical Incident Stress Management activities including deploying to locations as part of the peer support team, serving as location or component specific resource, and assisting the CISM Specialist to coordinate any emotional and behavioral support.
Assesses the effectiveness of behavioral health programs by monitoring key performance indicators, conducting needs assessments, and generating comprehensive reports for leadership and other stakeholders.
Delivers responsive customer service to all engaged employees and eligible family members, addressing inquiries related to behavioral health resources, crisis support, and overall well-being.
Perform other duties, as assigned.
Travel is required up to 25%, with ability to travel on short notice" for critical incidents.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Master's degree in behavioral health related field
Current certification/licensure in behavioral health such as Licensed Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Addiction Counselor
2 years of relevant experience
Training in Critical Incident Stress Management efforts preferred
