Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Accounting, Engineering or the related.
Min. 8 years' experience in related marketing or commercial operation function. Pricing experience is a must.
3-year experience of quantitative data analysis. Solid knowledge of statistics and computer skills, especially for excel and Power BI.
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
Good language and presentation skills, fluent in both Mandarin and English.
Flexible working hours are required and comfortable in a multi-tasking working environment.

Title: Pricing Analyst
Reports To: Senior Pricing Manager
Responsibility Level:
Work with China AFM team to implement price and trade policies to support business growth. Fully understand all the commercial polices' objectives and methodology of all AFM channels to deliver accurate accrual and settlements of rebates, free batteries and POSMs. Provide promotion effectiveness analysis and insights to support business decisions.
Typical Duties:
Rebate accrual and settlement: Accrue monthly rebate and promotion spendings of all AFM channels according to financial closing process. Represent pricing to coordinate with finance team regarding rebate review process. Leverage and future improve rebate automation system to settle quarterly/monthly rebates and free batteries timely to sales portal and communicate with sales team to ensure sales progress.
Promotion effectiveness analysis: Post analysis of all the rebates/promotions/trade policies for all AFM channels to evaluate effectiveness as important indicators for future commercial policies' reference.
Financial data analysis: Work with finance team to re-allocate G2N in each individual channel at customer and SKU level and create Power BI report to visualize financial impact for China management team.
Business analysis: according to commercial and trade policy, co-work with demand planning and supply chain team, consciously track order submission status and simulate impact on volume and commercial margin plan achievement, to provide supporting data for business decision making.
Trade policy calculation: Work with trade marketing team to fully understand trade policy and calculate POSM amounts at WD and POS level.
Customer contract review: co-work with sales team to review critical items of customer contracts to make sure they are set up as expected, including sales volume confirmation terms and commercial policy consistency.
