In this role, you'll be the strategic force behind customer satisfaction, growth, and profitability. You'll personally engage with C-suite executives, deepen relationships, and ensure that Kyndryl's advise, build, and run capabilities are aligned with industry and regional trends. You'll be the advocate for your accounts within the broader Kyndryl community, championing their needs and unlocking new opportunities. As a CUL, you'll lead the charge in multi-year account planning, setting growth priorities, allocating resources, and driving Return to Growth initiatives. You'll be responsible for activating the partner ecosystem to expand market reach and help bring differentiated solutions to customers adding signings, revenue, and profit across your customer unit, ensuring that every account thrives under your leadership. As a CUL you should ensure all customers in your portfolio have a customer growth plan, that demonstrates a plan to make plan. You'll be representing Kyndryl in the industry/region through speaking at industry forums, shaping thought leadership, and positioning Kyndryl as a trusted advisor demonstrating external market positioning & eminence You won't just manage-you'll inspire.
