We are looking for an experienced professional to provide analytical support to the Compensation Team at Workday on a global basis. The Executive Compensation, M&A, and Stock Analyst is responsible for leading the development and maintaining the company's executive compensation program (at the Vice President level and above). This includes researching and analyzing market data, designing and implementing compensation plans, and partnering on communication materials. They are also responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies for mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This includes designing and negotiating compensation packages, advising on employee retention strategies, and managing the integration of compensation programs during M&A transactions. Lastly, this role will play a part in managing our company-wide and executive stock compensation programs. About You
