Organizational Context
Business Technology (BT - IT & Automation) is the team that connects digital innovation to the way medicines are made and delivered. We are responsible for all IT systems, automation, and - increasingly - the AI and data platforms that help our colleagues at the Oss site work at their best. Our scope runs from production-floor automation (PLC level) to enterprise systems (ERP level), and we work closely with Integrated Process Teams (IPTs), Centers of Excellence (CoEs), and global BT teams.
