Associate Director, Compliance and Licensing

About the role

Hello Heart is looking for an experienced Associate Director, Compliance & Licensing to join our Compliance team. In this hands-on, high-ownership role, you will manage a broad portfolio of licensing, enrollment, compliance operations, contract compliance, and training work streams across Hello Heart entities. Reporting into our Vice President, Compliance, you will work closely with internal teams and regulatory agencies to keep compliance processes accurate, organized, and audit-ready. This role is ideal for someone with deep healthcare compliance and licensing experience who thrives on process ownership, moves quickly and independently, and maintains precision across complex regulatory workstreams.
