You will be responsible for leading EMEA Tier 1 events and business-critical fairs - including key formats such as LogiMAT - from strategic planning and creative concept development through to execution, stakeholder coordination, budget control, lead handling and post-event reporting. The role combines strong project management with creative and experiential thinking, ensuring that every event is not only well executed, but also acts as a high-quality brand and lead magnet for Dematic. In addition to physical events, this role also supports the planning and delivery of digital Tier 1 events, webinars and virtual customer engagements across EMEA, working closely with Field Marketing Managers to ensure campaign alignment, customer relevance and consistent brand execution across physical and digital touchpoints. This role is ideal for a highly organized, collaborative and proactive event professional with strong stakeholder management skills, experience in corporate trade fairs, and the ability to turn complex solutions into engaging, scalable and reusable event and showcase concepts. Develop EMEA Event Plans and Campaign Activations Support the development and implementation of annual EMEA event plans and event-related campaign activations, aligned with business objectives, regional priorities and global brand strategy. Create High-Quality Lead and Brand Magnets Ensure events are designed to attract, engage and convert the right audiences by combining customer-centric storytelling, strong brand experiences, relevant solution showcases and clear lead-generation pathways. Drive Experiential and Technical Showcase Concepts Develop innovative event, booth and showcase concepts that bring Dematic's solutions, software, services and customer value to life. Focus on scalable and reusable formats that can be adapted across other EMEA events and regional activations. Partner with Field Marketing Managers Across EMEA Work closely with EMEA Field Marketing Managers to creatively prepare, coordinate and execute digital and physical event campaigns, including local fairs, webinars, customer engagements and regional event formats. Own Event Project Management from Concept to Execution Lead event planning with clear project structures, timelines, milestones, stakeholder responsibilities and execution plans. Ensure all workstreams are managed proactively, transparently and with strong attention to detail. Manage Stakeholders, Training and Cross-Functional Alignment Act as a central coordination point for internal stakeholders, agencies, suppliers, Field Marketing Managers and commercial teams. Provide guidance, training and best-practice sharing to support consistent, high-quality event execution across EMEA. Run regular steering meetings with internal and external stakeholders, produce concise status updates and dashboards for senior stakeholders, and proactively escalate risks and issues with recommended mitigations and owner assignments Coordinate with Global and KION Event Networks Collaborate with the global Dematic Event Manager network and the KION Event Manager Community, including Linde, STILL and KION, to align standards, share learnings and identify opportunities for scalable event concepts. Manage Event Budgets and Supplier Relationships Create, manage and track event budgets, including forecasts, actuals, invoice and cost control.
