How You'll Make an i mpact Develop and execute sales strategies to expand Hitachi Energy's high voltage substation and power quality (STATCOM) portfolio across France. Engage proactively with new and existing customers through on-site and remote interactions to understand technical and commercial requirements. Recommend optimized system solutions from our high-voltage substation and power quality offering. Support local marketing activities to strengthen Grid Integration visibility and enhance market positioning. Contribute to financial performance analysis, including profitability studies, budgeting, and ROI reviews. Provide customers with accurate technical, system, and pricing information. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the resolution of tender, delivery, or execution-related issues. Your Background Master's or bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or a License degree in a similar technical field. 5+ years of experience in sales or a related field (preferred). Proven track record in High Voltage Substation (HTB) projects. Knowledge of turnkey systems, EPC environments, and project execution lifecycles. Strong communication skills, collaborative mindset, and solution-oriented approach. Fluency in French and English is required. Based in Massy or Lyon.
