Warehouse Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership
• Lead the day‑to‑day running of warehouse activities including picking, receiving, stock accuracy, reworks, labelling, production and assembly.
• Performance & Continuous Improvement
• Monitor team and individual KPIs such as pick accuracy, stock accuracy, throughput and on‑time despatch.
• Health & Safety
• Conduct regular H&S inspections, equipment checks and ensure all staff follow safety procedures.
• People Leadership
• Recruit, onboard and train new team members, ensuring they feel supported from day one.

Requirements

• A confident, hands‑on leader with experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• Someone who loves developing people and building a positive, high‑performing team culture.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• A proactive problem‑solver who takes ownership and drives continuous improvement.
• Someone who understands the importance of accuracy, efficiency and customer experience.
• Health & Safety awareness (IOSH or similar is a bonus, but not essential).
