About the role

Signal & Strand is hiring an elite-level Senior Workday HCM Architect to join our expanding Managed Workday Services offering. This is a high-impact, senior technical role supporting multiple client tenants with deep Workday HCM expertise across configuration, integrations, reporting, automation, and system architecture. You will own end-to-end solution design and serve as the Workday HCM authority-building advanced calculated fields, complex business processes, robust integrations, scalable security models, and enterprise-grade reporting frameworks.   • Experience in advanced modules (e.g., Talent Optimization, Workday Help, People Experience)
  • Consulting, AMS, or multi-tenant Workday environment experience
