Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries desired. Basic knowledge of the mechanical operations of vehicles. Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and organizational skills.

Computer Skills:
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office products. Ability and knowledge of the Dealership Management System and other web based applications utilized for operations.

Ability to understand and follow instructions. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.

The position requires regular and predictable attendance. Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description:
As a Service Assistant , you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations. This role is highly interactive by greeting guests upon arrival in the service drive and making them feel welcomed! You will be transporting vehicles to/from the service areas and may assist the Service Advisors in identifying and documenting auto service, maintenance, and repairs for customer vehicles.
Pay and Schedule:
Full Time, 5-days per week, rotating morning/afternoon shifts between 6:30am-3:30pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, rotating Saturdays. Average 40 hours per week. Candidates must be able to work the Full-Time schedule requirements on a regular basis.
Pay Range: $18.50 per hour.
