About you: In this Marketing role, you'll be creating campaigns and content that truly resonate with customers, working flexibly across both customer and product marketing. One week you might be planning a webinar and the next you could be crafting product release communications. You'll be organized, naturally curious and an excellent collaborator across different business teams. You'll own meaningful work that directly helps small businesses get the most from their software. As part of Unleashed Software (within the Access Group family), you'll have a real impact on customers who depend on these tools every day. In short - this is a hands-on marketing role with genuine ownership, plenty of variety and the satisfaction of helping businesses succeed. Day-to-day, you will: Plan and deliver campaigns for product releases and customer engagement Create release communications that explain what's new and why it matters Run webinars and events that are useful and easy to follow Develop content that strengthens customer relationships Work with the Product teams to ensure consistent, on - brand messaging Use data and insights to measure and improve campaign performance Your skills and experiences might also include: 2 to 3 years in marketing, ideally within SaaS or technology Experience or strong interest in both customer and product marketing An ability to translate product updates into clear, benefit focused communications Being skilled in planning and delivering engaging webinars or events A strong grasp of tone, brand consistency, and writing for small business audiences Familiarity with marketing tools like Salesforce, HubSpot and webinar platforms Confidence using data to measure performance and guide decisions Preferably a marketing degree or related qualification preferred What are we all about?
