Experience in services during construction, including answering RFI's and reviewing submittals
Experience with DoD projects
Revit and BIM experience as well as experience in Photoshop, Microsoft Office.
Ability to be client facing and lead client discussions.
Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) preferred

AECOM has an excellent career opportunity for a creative, highly talented Assistant Project Manager for immediate employment in our Boston, MA location which serves as our home office to support programs throughout the US and Internationally.
In this position, the Assistant Project Manager will assist in developing task order proposals, tracking task budgets, monitoring activity schedules, and implementing product quality standards while supporting the Project and Program Managers in the management of technical and administrative staff on complex projects worldwide. We are looking to grow this position into a Project Manager role within the following 2 to 5 years.
The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Assist in leading project teams (Architects & Engineers) in the delivery of a wide range of projects
Ensure project completion within budget, schedule, and in conformance with specifications
Review contracts and sub-contracts and assist in managing subcontractors
Monitor project financials and report to the Project Manager
Lead and document project team and client meetings, including action items and requests for information
Develop and maintain design schedules for approval
Resolve client review comments and field-initiated questions with the project team
Coordinate the development of project deliverables and design review presentations with the design team
Participate in building and maintaining positive client relationships and be a highly motivated self starter
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering plus 2 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Professional registration license or ability to obtain within 2-5 years
Due to the nature of this work, US Citizenship only is required
