Discover and document end-to-end business processes, including as-is and to-be workflows, and create supporting training documentation.
Perform root-cause analysis to define clear, measurable process outcomes (KPIs/SLAs), controls, and handoffs.
Facilitate workshops and interviews with business and IT partners to elicit requirements, validate processes, identify pain points, and agree on scope.
Lead business analysis activities and create Agile artifacts to deliver relevant user stories for IT (e.g., requirements, process maps, cross-team coordination).
Support IT development by analyzing issues, coordinating across teams, and communicating with partners and IT to meet business commitments.
Support the Product Owner in Agile ceremonies by gathering input from the Market Access Operations team and other team members to allow the development team.
Facilitate meetings to gather customer approval, perform user acceptance testing (UAT), and follow up on action items after Agile sprint demos.
Communicate with partners to share training materials and information on PRM functionality, changes, and processes.
Lead process change management and communications (impact assessments, training needs, release communications) to support adoption of new processes and system enhancements.
Track IT commitments and escalate issues to meet delivery dates.
Troubleshoot ad-hoc system and process issues and support defect assessment with IT and Global Market Access and Operations team members.
Support peers in the Global Market Access team.
The essentials - You Will Have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, wireframing, analysis artifacts, and Agile/SDLC delivery.
2+ years of experience in analytics or sales operations.
Fluency in English.

Knowledge of process mapping standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0, swimlanes) and improvement approaches (e.g., value stream mapping, Lean basics).
Proficiency with diagramming and collaboration tools (e.g., Visio, Miro, or Lucidchart).
Tools and platforms
Experience with CRM and related tools (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Power Apps, Power BI), websites, and Agile tools/methods (Jira, Scrum).
Understanding of APIs, data analysis, and data integrity concepts.
Project management experience.

Job Description
Rockwell Automation governs its partnerships through multiple programs and includes main elements such as partnership agreements, incentives, pricing, policies, and communications. These programs require a modern PRM platform to maximize our digital experience, process workflows, and engagement with our partners - including Distributors, System Integrators, OEM Partners, and Technology Partners.
Revenue Enablement and Sales Process group ties together Market Access strategy and roles, supported by digital applications and analytics. The PRM team, part of the Sales Process team, is responsible for an important part of this effort.
You will work with a diverse, dynamic PRM team, Sales Process Owners, and regional partners, reporting to the Sales Process Director and the PRM Platform Owner. You'll support the PRM Platform Owner by engaging with multiple teams, including Market Access and sales regional teams, Commercial Program Managers, Marketing, Partner Enablement and Engagement, and other BU teams. These interactions will help you gather, improve, and govern processes, capture IT requirements, and manage projects related to PRM evolution and adoption.
The Business Process and Platform Analyst, Partner Relationship Management is a PRM subject-matter expert who can demonstrate current Market Access processes, explain PRM functionality, and provide support and analysis to Market Access operations.
