- Prepare accurate 2D/3D CAD drawings (plans, profiles, sections, details) as per project requirements - Develop construction drawings based on IFC, tender, and authority-approved documents - Update and revise drawings as per site conditions, RFIs, and engineer/client comments - Coordinate with engineers, planners, and inspectors to incorporate design changes - Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, authority standards, and CAD standards - Maintain drawing registers, version control, and proper file naming conventions - Prepare as-built drawings based on approved redlines and site records - Assist in preparation of shop drawings, utility layouts, and coordination drawings - Perform basic quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings when required - Ensure timely submission of drawings in line with project schedules - Archive and manage electronic and hardcopy drawings for easy retrieval - Support multidisciplinary coordination (civil, structural, MEP, utilities) - Adhere to company QA/QC procedures and drafting best practices Bachelor in civil engineering with minimum 6-10 years of experience in similar industry 3 years Diploma with equivalency certificate mandatory. Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in UAE is Mandatory. Worked in RTA or DM project will be an added advantage.
