Intelligent Merchandising: Define how car rental inventory, rates, and add-ons (insurance, fuel options, etc.) are structured, prioritized, and displayed to users to maximize engagement and conversion.
Bridge the Complex to the Simple: Collaborate closely with the existing backend supply team to translate technical API capabilities and negotiated rates into clean, intuitive UI/UX features.
A/B Testing & Optimization: Constantly analyze customer behavior, drop-off points, and checkout funnels to run experiments that improve the digital product experience.

Requirements
At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management

While our existing full-stack team has robust expertise in backend API connectivity, partner rate negotiations, and fulfillment infrastructure, this role will own the "glass"-the end-to-end customer funnels across Brex, Capital One Business Travel (COBT), and consumer channels.
