Who we need Reporting to the Director, Development Advisory, we are hiring a Cost Consultant to join our Atlantic St John's based team. As our new Cost Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality estimating and project monitoring services across a range of construction and development projects. Working closely with clients, contractors, lenders, and internal teams, you will support accurate cost planning, change order reviews, progress draw assessments, and ongoing project reporting that will help drive informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. This is a remote role with the expectation that you will be travelling to client sites 1-2 days per week anywhere in the Newfoundland and Labrador region.
