The mandate of the Credit Reference Data Services team is to provide our clients globally a seamless credit onboarding experience, by managing, analyzing and processing client and credit data across TD Securities trading and credit risk systems in accordance to credit agreements. In this role, you will: Process, manage and maintain client and credit limit data in various systems for new and existing clients using a mix of automated and manual processes Verify relevant AML, KYC and regulatory requirements for new clients as per TDS FCMR policy Review credit agreements and documents for TDS clients and ensure credit limits are accurate programmed in various source systems Maintain automated solutions, system tools, and EUCs while leveraging emerging technology to streamline processes and drive automation Analyze and resolve exceptions from various reconciliation processes and automations Achieve an exceptional standard of error free processing by ensuring accurate inputting of data to mitigate risk to TD (e.g. reputational, financial, regulatory, operational risk) Achieve business objectives by completing business processes in a timely and accurate manner Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality Assist in the testing for system updates and enhancements.
