Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality and/or manufacturing engineering.
- Experience managing and resolving complex quality issues on a production line for PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) and FATP (Final Assembly Test and Pack) at a manufacturing facility.
- Experience leading and managing a team of direct reports within manufacturing engineering or manufacturing quality engineering.
- Proven expertise in process, factory/vendor audits, new product quality planning, and driving quality issue resolution with suppliers.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience influencing both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Proven capability in setting and maintaining quality standards for both new and existing products.
- Experience evaluating and scoring manufacturing partners' performance and readiness to take on new projects.
- Passion for driving continuous improvement and operational excellence in manufacturing.
- Some experience with supporting manufacturing test engineering and debugging issues down to subassembly and component levels.
