Transportation Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead regional transportation strategies across inbound and outbound flows
• Drive carrier performance through KPIs, analytics, and structured performance management
• Establish and maintain transportation dashboards and reporting for visibility and decision-making
• Act as the central coordination point between Freight & Distribution teams and regional stakeholders
• Leverage AI-driven insights to anticipate disruptions, capacity risks, and cost deviations

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Hands-on experience in transportation / logistics / supply chain
• Leadership OR ownership experience , which could include:
• Formal leadership role OR Individual contributor role with:
• Continuous improvement ownership
• Project ownership
• Self-management / autonomy
• Driving growth or change initiatives
• Proven experience managing carriers and transportation service providers
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• No relocation benefit is offered for this position.
• To be eligible for this position, you must legally be permitted to work in Canada and travel within North America, without any additional sponsorship support from Signify.

• Salary: $ 107,190.00 - $142,920.00
