Ability to derive engineering requirements and support system-level design decisions
Proven ability to execute in fast-paced, high-visibility environments
U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance
Desired Skills/Experience
Experience with Army missile or munitions systems
Background in test & evaluation (developmental and/or operational)
Experience with structural, thermal, or fluid analysis
Proficiency in MATLAB, Python, or MathCAD
Familiarity with PLM/PDM systems
Hands-on assembly, integration, or test experience
Strong communicator with experience in technical design reviews
Active Top Secret clearance
