ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Junior Power BI Developer (m/f ) to join one of our client teams onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment. You will contribute to the development and maintenance of reporting solutions that support business decision-making. Working closely with business users, analysts, and technical teams, you will help transform data into meaningful insights through dashboards and reports. THE WORK: Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports. Support business stakeholders in gathering reporting and visualization requirements. Assist with data preparation, transformation, and modelling activities. Contribute to the improvement of reporting solutions and data quality. Ensure reporting solutions follow established standards and best practices. Support testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of Power BI reports. Produce and maintain technical and user documentation. Collaborate with data and project teams to deliver reliable reporting solutions. Onsite at client site : This role requires an onsite presence with our clients and partners to support project delivery and strengthen client relationships. Our roles require in-person time to encourage collaboration, learning, and relationship-building with clients, colleagues, and communities. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Up to 2 years of experience in Power BI , reporting , data analysis , or a similar area. Knowledge of Microsoft Power BI , including basic understanding of DAX and Power Query . Understanding of data visualization principles and reporting concepts . Basic knowledge of SQL and data modelling. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities. Willingness to learn and grow in a data and reporting environment. Fluency in English (written and spoken). French language skills are highly preferred. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Academic, internship, or personal projects involving Power BI or data visualization. Knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, or other relational databases. Familiarity with Agile methodologies. Experience with other reporting or BI tools.
