  • Experience & Industry Expertise
  • 10+ years of progressive commercial and sales experience in: Carbon fiber, composites, or advanced materials
  • Proven experience leading sales teams across the Americas
  • Strong understanding of: Composite applications and manufacturing processes
  • Target markets such as aerospace, defense, industrials, or sports & leisure
  • Leadership & Commercial Acumen
  • Track record of delivering profitable growth and market expansion
  • Experience building and scaling high-performing sales teams
  • Strong capability in strategic selling, negotiation, and executive influence
  • Technical & Market Insight
  • Knowledge of materials such as prepregs, thermoplastics, specialty resins, and high-strength fibers
  • Familiarity with trends like lightweighting, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Engineering, Science, or Business preferred)
