Logistics Analyst (Temporary - 4+ Month Assignment)

Requirements

• Arable is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support our global logistics and warehouse operations during a temporary assignment expected to last a minimum of four months. This is a full-time hybrid role based in our San Francisco office.
• In addition to supporting day-to-day logistics operations, this role will help identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, logistics workflows, and supply chain visibility as Arable continues building scalable and AI-ready operational systems.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, or a related field
• Understanding of shipping terminology and general logistics workflows from origin to destination
• Experience working with ERP systems and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); familiarity with tools such as NetSuite, Oracle, or HubSpot is a plus
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience with purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory reconciliation, or process improvement initiatives is a plus
