Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, you will support the Corporate Controllers Group as part of the Financial Accounting Team with a focus on cash accounting, accounts receivable accounting under revenue recognition guidance, payroll accounting, and project work. You will apply a strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles while partnering with colleagues across the organization and with offshore outsourcing partners to support accurate and timely financial reporting. A Taste of Your Responsibilities Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations with accuracy and strong supporting documentation. Perform monthly and quarterly close activities, including analysis, validations, journal entries, and reconciliations in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and audit requirements. Ensure all supporting documentation is complete, clear, and able to stand alone. Support the preparation of internal and external financial statements in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other regulatory requirements. Assist with special projects involving financial accounting matters, including mergers and acquisitions, temporary service agreements, policy updates, business partner requests, new process or automation development, and business system conversions. Support internal and external audit requests and follow up on action items. Complete requests from business and corporate partners in a timely and accurate manner. Comply with confidentiality requirements, management guidelines, and the Code of Conduct. Identify and promptly communicate issues that may materially impact the company's financial condition. Manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines. Adapt to changing priorities, responsibilities, and business needs. Communicate clearly and frequently, adjusting the level of detail based on the audience. Present information to small groups as needed. Actively participate as a collaborative and engaged team member. Ingredients Required for Your Success Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. 3+ years of professional accounting or finance experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and SAP experience preferred Experience with balance sheet account reconciliations. Experience with automation tools or low‑code platforms.
