Conduct telephone and in-person triage for work-related injuries and general health concerns
Assess patient needs and direct appropriate care (on-site treatment vs. ER referral)
Provide nurse-only visits (BP checks, injections, screenings, testing, and education)
Assist with DOT physical preparation and care coordination
Participate in chronic disease management (e.g., anticoagulation/warfarin management)
Deliver culturally responsive care to a diverse population, including a high percentage of Spanish-speaking patients
Collaborate with providers and interdisciplinary team members to ensure efficient, high-quality care
Adapt to evolving workflows in a contracted clinic environment
Requirements
Required
Associate Degree in Nursing
Active and unencumbered Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Minnesota RN license required within 3 months of hire
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers (AHA or American Red Cross, hands-on)
Strong clinical judgment and triage skills
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
6+ months of nursing experience

Location: Ashley Wellness Center (Arcadia)
FTE: 0.75 (60 hours per two weeks)
Hours: 7:30am-4:00pm and 8:00am-4:30pm; extended hours on Mondays (until 6:00pm)
Schedule: Monday-Friday with rotating days off; no weekends, holidays, or call

Position Overview
As a Registered Nurse at Ashley Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team delivering both telephonic and in-person care.
