Role:- Networker Backup Administrator - L2 Location : Mumbai Should have very good working knowledge on EMC DELL Networker Perform Networker Backup and Restore activities for Windows and Unix Servers Installation, up-gradation, and troubleshooting of Networker on windows and Unix Platform Provide L1 and L2 Support on Networker related activities. Co-ordinate with OEM for any L3 support requirement by logging Support Case and Follow up for closure. Perform Networker parameter setting / Hardening as per Technical Specification Add / Register / Modify / Remove Networker client software in client system Installation of Networker Patches and fixes as per Change Management Configuration of Backup Tape Libraries in Networker for Backups. Working knowledge of resolution of identified Networker Vulnerabilities Perform Backup Job Management with Backup Scheduling for optimum utilization of backup resources Performance Networker Monitoring and Management of performance Tuning Prepare backup Report on Daily basis with required information and publish accurately Working knowledge on other Backup management tool like Symantec Netbackup/ Backupexec, Veem etc. will be added advantage Fair knowledge on diagnosing and fixing Networker related issues by analyzing Networker Logs Maintain Backup / Restore Logs for Audit purpose at any time. Networker Security Management by Networker hardening, Patch Management, Vulnerability fixing Ability to work under work timeline pressure Fair knowledge on ITIL process and Practices Knowledge on SAN / NAS storage management will have added advantage Should have good knowledge on Tape Media Management. Minimum Requirement: Minimum 6 Years of Work Experience with 4 years of relevant experience Bachelor's Degree / Diploma Engineering Ready to provide 24X7 Support Good verbal and written communication Skills in English As a System Administrator at Kyndryl, you'll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services.
