DPR Construction Europe, an upcoming player in the construction of data center and life science projects, is focusing on operating in Germany and Switzerland.
We are seeking a motivated Construction Manager - Electrical / Bauleiter:in Elektrotechnik to join our high-impact life science and data center projects.
This position will be based in the Frankfurt area .
Role Overview
Coordinating and managing the electrical trades
Cooperating and negotiating with specialist engineers and subcontractors
Carrying out and coordinating project quality plans, including benchmarking and inspections
Coordinating building acceptance with authorities based on inspections
Verifying invoices based on site progress and writing progress reports
Coordinating installations, quality checks, and commissioning of electrical systems
Ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations
Role Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, electrical engineering, or related field. Alternatively, a technical career through an apprenticeship
Field Experience: Minimum five years of experience in a similar position preferably on DPR Core Market projects
Technical Skills: Knowledge of project management software, scheduling software, BIM software (ACC, Navisworks, or similar), Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with local regulations and industry norms
Language: Fluency in German and English
Workstyle: Strong work ethic with a passion for construction. Proactive, hands-on approach. Effective coordination within the team, clear communication, and collaboration with all stakeholders
