Assist in engaging with local process owners to understand their needs
Support documentation and sharing of identified needs with global product teams
Help track specificities of affiliates' processes to feed into design activities
Contributing to Roll-out & Change Management Activities
Support preparation of roll-out and change management plans for global & legacy products
Assist in testing activities, validation of test scenarios and follow-up of cutover plans
Contribute to change management activities such as impact analysis, communication, and adoption tracking
Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Help track adoption and success realization at affiliate level
Support coordination of local super user community activities and feedback collection
Contribute to improvement initiatives together with Business Engagement Leads&Product Teams
Collaboration & Learning
Work in close collaboration with the Proximity Team
Gain exposure to project management, stakeholder communication, and agile ways of working
Take ownership of learning assignments and actively contribute to team deliverables
Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or last-year student from relevant departments (Industrial, Computer, Software, Business Engineering, MIS etc.)
Work Experience: Internship or prior trainee experience in Tech, Digital, or related fields is a plus
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of data, systems, or digital tools; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Passion & Interests: Interest in technology, digital transformation, and innovation in FMCG
Availability: Preferably available full-time with flexibility in working hours
