Surfshark is proud to be Lithuania's second unicorn and one of fastest-growing European companies, recognized by the Financial Times 1000 2026 list. Our Employer Brand & Culture team works hard to maintain Surfshark's image as a top employer in Lithuania. We create content, attract new talent, foster internal culture and communications, secure partnerships, and participate in external events. Now, we're looking for a new teammate to help us continue this exciting journey. Ready for a new challenge? Read on! If you want to: Own Surfshark's internal events and community initiatives end-to-end - from the first idea to the post-event wrap-up - and shape how they evolve as the company grows; Set the long-term vision and roadmap for our events and community efforts, and make the case for it across the business; Lead the full execution: build the concept, pull in the right people, run logistics, design, budget, and everything in between; Drive how we communicate and promote events internally and externally, so people actually show up and care; Negotiate with suppliers like it's your own money - get the best deals without compromising the experience; Own the budget: forecast it, track it, report on it, defend it; Build and nurture our internal community, and grow the external one around the Surfshark brand; Set the bar for what a great Surfshark event looks like - measure it, learn from it, raise it next time; Mentor and guide others in the team, and bring a senior point of view to how we work. And you can check off: Hands-on experience producing and executing events - ideally including larger-scale or high-stakes ones you led from start to finish; A track record of building event programs or strategies, not just running individual events; Calm under pressure - tight deadlines, moving pieces, and last-minute curveballs don't throw you off; Strong stakeholder management - you can align leadership, partners, and cross-functional teams without losing momentum; Sharp organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams without dropping the ball; A genuine passion for bringing people together and creating experiences they remember; Excellent communication skills, written and spoken, in Lithuanian and English; A strong sense of ownership, sound judgment, and confident negotiation skills; Bonus: experience building or scaling a community (internal, external, or both). Here's the deal: Growth and learning opportunities: time dedicated to learning, conferences, online learning platforms, and books for your professional development; Health and wellness: we want you to feel and be your best. That's why we offer various benefits, from online workouts and a physical coach to health insurance and regular mental health checks; Tools of your choice: choose the technical equipment and tools you need to do your best work; Community and celebrations: get ready for long-lasting traditions such as yearly workation, Friday get-togethers, various team buildings and company celebrations; Work-life balance: We encourage working in the office, with the possibility of up to two remote days per week. Plus, with our WFA policy, you can work from almost anywhere in the world; More days off: additional vacation days depending on your tenure; Premium Surfshark accounts: for you, your family, and friends; Gross salary: 2400-3700Eur/month. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
