How You'll Make an Impact Reporting to the Manager, Sales - Travel & Entertainment (T&E), the Analyst is to gather all travel and entertainment expenses for the Wholesalers, Inside Wholesalers and Sales Associates and enter them into the Travel and Expense system (Concur), as well as the contact management system, Salesforce, in a timely and accurate manner.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and remit monthly travel and entertainment expense reports on behalf of the Sales teams
- Liaise and build effective relationships with the Sales teams and other internal departments
- Build monitoring/trending reports and provide support to Manager, Sales T&E
Requirements
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience required.
- More than 3 months of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a sales environment required.
- Experience in the financial services/mutual fund industry.
- IFIC course or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
- Knowledge of NI 81-105 is an asset.

- Team player and can work independently with various individuals from different business units.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat.
- Experience with Salesforce is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Job Description Sales T&E (Travel & Entertainment) Analyst Please note: Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings. You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity's dynamic working arrangement. This is a full-time regular opportunity. The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, when the work location will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway
