The FM is seeking a suitable candidate to develop and implement FM's digital marketing and communications strategy, building brand presence, engaging audiences across FM's digital channels and executing integrated marketing campaigns tied to FM's public engagement objectives. [What you will be working on] Digital strategy and management: Implement strategic direction for owned, earned, and paid digital channels, ensuring all digital communications carry key messages effectively and are on-brand . The officer will be responsible for maintaining consistency and quality across all digital touchpoints. Agency and internal collaboration: Work collaboratively with creative agency, PR agency and internal partnerships and comms teams to deliver content and manage performance of digital channels. This includes monitoring channel metrics and using insights to continually refine FM's digital presence. Social m edia m anagement and e ngagement: Oversee the management of FM's social media accounts, developing and maintaining a consistent publishing cadence, ensuring content is on-brand and audience-appropriate, and monitoring channel performance to optimise engagement and grow FM's digital following across platforms. Integrated marketing campaigns: Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns from brief to delivery. This will include national-level campaigns in the lead-up to and for FM's eventual opening. Content p roduction and d elivery: Oversee the production of digital content assets - including videos, short-form content, and long-form documentaries - managing production timelines, external vendors or production houses, and internal review processes to ensure content is delivered to brief, on time, and to a high standard. Website revamp and management : Work collaboratively with internal teams and external vendors to m anage FM website revamp, from research and design to development and maintenance. [What we are looking for] Background in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field Preferably a t least 5 years of relevant experience, with a track record in digital strategy and execution across multiple channels and audience segments. Work experience in the public sector, or a museum or attraction setting is an advantage but not mandatory. Project Management - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams. Experience managing agency and vendor relationships, and overseeing marketing budgets. Content C reation & Curation - Proficiency in digital content production management, including overseeing video and documentary production timelines and vendor relationships . Data Analytics & Research - Adopts a data-driven approach to decision-making, with experience using analytics tools to measure campaign performance and optimise outcomes . Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write and edit copy across a range of formats and tones. Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate organisational priorities into compelling narratives and actionable plans Creative sensibility balanced with analytical rigour and sensitivity to stakeholders Passionate about culture, heritage, or public engagement As the FM is an institution being built from the ground-up, the candidate should be able to navigate changes, multiple stakeholders and a fast-moving environment where processes are still being established . Familiarity with or willingness to learn government tools and procurement guidelines will also be essential.
