We are looking for an experienced paralegal who is intellectually curious, obsessed with efficiency, and eager to help us build a world-class legal function from the ground up. You will report directly to our Associate General Counsel and serve as a key operator of our legal department. This role is a combination of high-level legal operations, system architecture, and hands-on execution. We need someone with a few years of rigorous law firm experience who has "seen it done right" but is now ready to apply that discipline to a fast-moving tech environment. You aren't afraid of the administrative work - you see it as a puzzle to be solved, automated, or optimized. You are constantly testing the latest AI tools to shrink your own workflow, and you thrive when given a blank slate to build a better process.
