Design Engineer

We're hiring a design-minded engineer to build the control plane for powerful agents handling billing and medical records. Real patients and real practices depend on these systems. You'll craft interfaces that make autonomous agents feel trustworthy and effortless to supervise. We take a consumer approach to healthcare software: approachable, elegant, and sweating the details. The product spans onboarding, human-in-the-loop review, the tools practice owners use to understand their business, and more. You will be a great fit if you... Strive for great, not good, and iterate until you get there Take pride in building software that feels fast and effortless Look for leverage: using tools, automation, and process to multiply your impact Have strong fundamentals in JavaScript and browser APIs Believe healthcare software should be as delightful as consumer products Some things we've built A sync engine backed by encrypted SQLite in the browser, enabling 100ms experiences for healthcare payments and patient ledgers Systems that eliminate thousands of hours of paperwork every month Data pipelines processing $1B+ in insurance claims Technology we use We invest heavily in productivity.
