Requirements
- Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree required (Business, Life Sciences, or related field).
- 5+ years of procurement, sourcing, or contract management experience in biotech/pharma or similarly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex clinical vendor categories.
- Strong expertise in specification development and vendor budget modeling.
- Proven ability to negotiate within established MSA frameworks.
- Deep understanding of clinical trial contracting workflows.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify pricing discrepancies.
- Highly organized with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred Skills:
- Advanced degree and/or legal/contracting background is a plus.
- Procurement certifications (e.g., CPSM/C.P.M.) desirable.

About This Role: As the Manager for Clinical Program Sourcing & Contract Management (CPSCM), you will be at the forefront of coordinating and executing study-level contracting processes for complex clinical vendor categories that support global clinical trials from Phase I to IV.
