As an Employer Services Analyst, these skills are essential for success: Abilities: Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate systems and processes, and deliver accurate, empathetic, and customer-focused support. Experience: 2+ years in customer service, employer services, benefits administration, operations, call center, account support, or similar roles, with experience supporting stakeholders via phone, email, or virtual channels in a service-driven environment. Education: Relevant professional experience required; familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and service technologies preferred, along with exposure to healthcare, financial services, or regulated environments as a plus. The posted salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for this position's compensation grade and represents a blended range across our three hub locations: Florida, Massachusetts, and Wisconsin. Within this range, individual compensation is determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, and education. This range may also be adjusted based on geographic location and market conditions.
