The Herogen team is building and scaling Delivery Hero's fully autonomous software delivery agent , designed to independently solve engineering tickets without human intervention. Launched in early 2026, the platform rapidly exceeded its initial targets and is now focused on expanding its impact across the organization. As part of the Agentic Engineering initiative, the team is driving one of the most disruptive advancements in software development by enabling AI-driven engineering at scale. This role will focus on increasing the complexity, quality, and volume of work Herogen can autonomously deliver, directly contributing to Delivery Hero's innovation strategy and the goal of having 20% of merged pull requests generated autonomously by 2026.
