Program Manager, TPA AI Solutions Introduction to the Team Travel Partnerships and Advertising drives strategy, tooling, and operational excellence for Expedia Group's partner-facing business. The partner tools ecosystem is at a critical inflection point, moving from fixed workflows to an agentic, AI-enabled experience. Our Solutions and Capabilities team is building the next generation of AI-powered tools for sales, account management, and partner operations - and this role sits at the center of that transformation. As Program Manager for TPA AI Solutions, you will orchestrate the delivery of AI-powered sales and account management solutions across Expedia Group's partner tools. This role is equal parts project management and delivery orchestration - you coordinate across engineering, design, field operations, and leadership to keep initiatives moving, manage dependencies, and drive solutions from concept through production. Solution ownership for the AI Squad sits primarily with the squad lead; your job is to ensure the broader delivery machine runs smoothly, stakeholders stay aligned, and the right work ships on time. In this role, you will: Manage end-to-end delivery of AI-powered solutions on Expedia's partner tools - planning sprints, tracking milestones, removing blockers, and coordinating across engineering, design, and field teams. Serve as the central coordination point between the AI Squad, Solutions team, commercial field operations, and senior leadership - ensuring priorities are clear, dependencies are surfaced early, and teams are not working at cross purposes. Spend meaningful time with sales and account management teams to understand workflows and pain points, feeding that context into planning so the squad builds the right things in the right order. Drive initiatives from pilot to scaled rollout, managing timelines, communications, change management, and adoption tracking across global teams. Maintain roadmap visibility for stakeholders at all levels - translating technical progress and trade-offs into clear updates for executives, and strategic context into actionable priorities for the delivery team. Define and track success metrics for AI-powered features, using data to inform prioritization, measure adoption, and demonstrate business impact. Experience and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience. 8+ years of experience in program management or technical project management, with a track record of shipping solutions in enterprise or B2B environments. Strong delivery management instincts: comfortable owning timelines, running standups, managing dependencies, and holding teams accountable without direct authority. Experience working with or around AI-powered solutions - familiarity with large language models, intelligent automation, or agentic workflows enough to engage credibly with engineering teams. A track record of working closely with sales, account management, or other commercial field teams - translating operational needs into structured delivery plans. Proficient communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to influence in a matrixed organization and keep multiple workstreams aligned. #LI-AD1 The total cash range for this position in Austin is $184,500.00 to $258,000.00.
