Your mission will be to guide cutting-edge IT projects throughout their entire lifecycle. What distinguishes you: Education : You have a university degree in Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a related field; Experience : You bring over 3 years of hands-on experience in managing IT projects, ideally within an agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). You have a proven track record of successfully pitching ideas and presenting project updates to executive-level stakeholders. Know-how: You are proficient with modern project management tools, particularly from the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence). You possess a talent for bridging the gap between business processes and innovative technology. Languages : Great communication skills in English; Working Style and Methods : You work in a structured, autonomous, and goal-oriented manner. You thrive in an agile setting, using your planning and tracking skills to keep projects moving forward efficiently. Personality : You are an exceptional communicator and a natural collaborator who excels at leading and motivating teams, even without direct disciplinary responsibility. You are a connector, skilled at building bridges between diverse groups of people, from developers and data experts to senior leadership.
