Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and safety-focused HR / HC Crane Truck Driver to join our Coffs Harbour team. About the Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of roofing and steel building products to customers throughout Coffs Harbour and surrounding regions. This is a hands-on role that combines driving, customer service, and crane operation. You will be the face of Metroll on delivery sites, ensuring products are delivered safely, professionally, and on time. Key Responsibilities Safely operate HR or HC crane trucks for local and regional deliveries Load, transport, and unload steel products using vehicle-mounted cranes Conduct daily vehicle and crane pre-start inspections Ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on schedule Secure loads in accordance with load restraint requirements Complete proof of delivery documentation and delivery records Provide exceptional customer service at delivery sites Assist with yard and warehouse duties when required Comply with all Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and safety requirements About You Current HR or HC Licence Experience operating crane trucks in a delivery environment Current Vehicle Loading Crane (CV) licence highly regarded Forklift licence advantageous but not essential Strong commitment to workplace safety and compliance Knowledge of load restraint requirements and transport regulations Reliable, self-motivated, and customer-focused Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Full-time, permanent opportunity Competitive hourly rate plus overtime opportunities Local work with a stable Monday to Friday roster Supportive team environment Ongoing training and development Long-term career opportunities with a leading Australian manufacturer If you're an experienced HR or HC Crane Truck Driver looking for a secure role with a respected Australian company, we'd love to hear from you.
